SCQS is a Bespoke Construction Consultancy. Our Professional Quantity Surveyors are regulated by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Alongside our Quantity Surveying qualifications, several of our partners and associates hold a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and Postgraduate Diplomas in Arbitration and Adjudication. Some are Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
This combination lets us provide Quantity Surveying, Dispute Resolution Advisory and Claims Management from the same team, on projects from city-centre buildings to national infrastructure.
